Travis came to the Valley 10 years ago to coach Olympic Athletes – to help them achieve their goals of succeeding at the very highest level. As a Real Estate Advisor, his approach is no different. He strives to ensure that every client has all the support needed to achieve their real estate goals, whether buying, selling or investing, all in Gold Medal fashion. In addition to his full- time Real Estate career, Travis is a part-time Nordic ski coach, sits on several non-profit boards and is an advocate for affordable housing in the Wood River Valley. Svea’s love of this area been has ongoing for nearly 20 years – long enough to stop calling herself an Alaskan. She lives here with her husband and US Ski Team Head Coach, Chris and their two teenage daughters. Svea is also a part of the Nordic ski world, and has been coaching the “little ones” here for many seasons. Her goal is to seamlessly guide clients from beginning to closing and beyond. Personal integrity, attention to detail, effective organizational skills, accountability and compassion are some of the traits she aspires to embody.
Travis & Svea are among the most active and dynamic agents in the Wood River Valley, with diverse range of listings, from Idaho’s most expensive listing, 125 Sheep Meadow in Ketchum at $20,000,000, outstanding Hulen Meadows and Warm Springs homes, pocket listed Ketcum Penthouses to smaller, affordable resort condos. They have closed 30 deals thus far in 2018, including Bruce Willis’ 20 acre Flying Heart Estate, placing their production among the top 3% of agents in the Sun Valley MLS.
