Jessica, or as you’ll hear cried faintly from somewhere in the office whenever one of our Advisors is in need of her expertise, “Jess!”, was born in Idaho and moved to downtown Chicago at the age of 2. Her family returned to Idaho every summer to split their time between their cabin on Iron Creek in Stanley, the Family’s 3rd generation owned cattle ranch along the banks of the Snake River, just outside of Boise, and their summer house in Fairfield. Throughout their time in Idaho Jess loved joining her Mother, an avid art collector, on gallery walks in Sun Valley and girls' days out.
Jess traveled West to attend University of Oregon and focused on a BA with an emphasis in Marketing and Art Management, but returned to Chicago to work on the CBOT, CBOE and the MERC - following in her father's footsteps of working on the Exchange.
As her time on the Trade Floor continued, Jessica’s dream to move back west permanently grew- leading her to finally take the leap in 2002, eventually finding her way to Sun Valley where she has spent the last six years pursuing her passion for Real Estate and raising her family amidst this gorgeous mountain town. In fact, her very first job in Sun Valley was running the concierge desk at Knob Hill Inn in Ketchum. She also spent time managing the publishing company of famed western photographer, David Stoecklein, traveling to all the big rodeos alongside him.
Her expertise and unique insight into our Valley allows Jessica to be of utmost service to our Advisors in all areas of the buying and selling process. While her unparalleled organizational skills, honed over years of keeping track of stock market data while trading at rapid speeds for her clients, keep the office humming and pressing forward like a fine-tuned machine.
When she isn't overseeing operations at Engel & Völkers, Jessica enjoys spending time camping, hiking, and skiing with her Family, and of course, their two fur babies, Fina and Rex. Jessica is an avid outdoorswoman, formidable chef, and dedicated “girl’s night” enthusiast.
