Jenzi’s background in hospitality and people-centric roles shows in her attention to detail and love of variety. On any given day, Jenzi can be found doing touch-up painting and swapping light fixtures at a client’s house in preparation for listing day, researching school district ratings, attending home inspections, or advising clients on negotiation tactics. She is also happy to be a resource if you just want to learn more about the area or about the home buying or selling process!
Jenzi’s interest in real estate began at a young age. One of her favorite weekend activities at the ripe old age of 13 was going to open houses to check out floor plans and critique finishes in the Boise area where she was raised. She moved to Seattle in 2010 to get a taste of city life and spent several years working as a server and bartender. While she loved the relationship-centered nature of the hospitality industry, her interest in real estate only deepened. She got her real estate license in 2016 and knew she had found her calling! She guided buyers and sellers through Seattle’s highly competitive market before moving to Ketchum. She happened upon the area while on a van trip with her partner through the National Parks and forests of the west—within five minutes of being in Ketchum, she and partner Drew had a distinct feeling this was home. The stunning mountain ranges, the walkable downtown complete with unbeatable restaurants and bars, and friendly energy of the area had them hooked! Within six months they sold their house in Seattle and landed in Ketchum where she could help other families live their own mountain town dreams!
